At TCGCases.ca, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for any products purchased through our website unless required by applicable law.

Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this no refund policy.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@tcgcases.ca.

To help us resolve the issue, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review each case individually and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement for eligible claims.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed and processed.

Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact us directly at support@tcgcases.ca to attempt resolution of any concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
